- Rates include fuel, physical damage/liability protection and 200 miles per day. Please note, mileage for additional days is prorated at 30 miles an hour for the first 6 hours.
- Additional miles from $0.45. Additional mileage for Luxury vehicles and Cargo Vans is $0.50 per mile.
- The annual membership fee after the first year is $40.00.
- Age restrictions may apply.
- An additional fee will be added to any rental that occurs in New York by a member who is between the ages of 18-24 years old. Members ages 18-20 will be charged $8.06 per hour (max of $64.50 per day). Members 21-24 will be charged $3.06 per hour (max of $24.50 per day).

- $25.00 application fee and no annual membership fee.
- Road Warrior $50-$250: Prepay $50 or $250 in driving each month and receive 10% or 15% off hourly and daily rates
- Prepaid driving credit expires at the end of each month on the Road Warrior $50 plan. Road Warrior $250 plans roll unused credit over two months.
- Standard rates apply during the weekend (Friday through Sunday).

- Members can increase their Smart Saver plan at any time and reduce their plan once each year at no charge. A $25.00 fee will apply to members reducing their plan more than once a year.

Physical Damage and Liability Protection
Physical Damage: Member is responsible for the first $1,000 of any damage.*
*Optional Collision Damage Waiver: Optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Where available, CDW is offered at the time of reservation for an additional hourly charge. If the member accepts CDW, Enterprise Carshare waives the member's responsibility for loss of, or damage to, the reserved vehicle, (including but not limited to towing, storage, loss of use, administrative fees and or diminishment of value,) subject to the terms and conditions of the Carshare agreement and applicable laws. CDW is not insurance. The purchase of CDW is optional and not required to rent a car. The protection provided by CDW may duplicate the member's existing coverage. Enterprise Carshare is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the member's existing coverage; therefore the member should examine his or her credit card protections, automobile insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the protection provided by CDW. Liability: ATTENTION: Enterprise purchases no third-party insurance covering this rental, but provides its renters and authorized drivers with minimum liability coverage, as required by the New York Vehicle and Traffic Law. Those coverages are: $25,000 per accident for bodily injury to one individual/$50,000 per accident for bodily injury to more than one individual; $50,000 per accident for the death of one individual/$100,000 per accident for the death of more than one individual; $10,000 per accident for injury to or destruction of property. In addition, to the extent required by law, Enterprise will defend the renter and authorized drivers from all claims of third parties alleging bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of the operation of the rental vehicle. If additional liability coverage is desired you may purchase Supplemental Liability Coverage from Enterprise at an additional cost.
Optional Supplemental Liability Protection: Supplemental Liability Protection (SLP) is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted, SLP provides the renter and authorized drivers with up to $300,000 combined single limit for third party liability claims. The purchase of SLP is optional and not required to rent a car. The coverage provided by SLP may duplicate the renter's existing coverage. Enterprise CarShare is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renter's existing coverage; therefore, the renter should examine his or her personal insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by SLP.
